Revisions to International Search Fees (Effective November 1, 2024)

In October 2024, the Japan Patent Office (JPO) announced a revision (reduction) in the international search fees when an International Searching Authority other than the JPO conducts the international search. The revised fees will apply to fees paid on or after November 1, 2024. The main revised fees are as follows:
